Withdrawal of your consent for data processing

The legality of data processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

Right to object to data collection in special cases and to direct advertising (Art. 21 GDPR)

Cookies

The Internet pages of RCI - ROHLEFF CONSULTING INTERNATIONAL only use technically necessary cookies. Cookies are text files that are placed and stored on a computer system via an Internet browser. These are data packets that are exchanged between the website server and the visitor's browser. These are stored by the devices used (PC, notebook, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit the website. In this respect, cookies cannot cause any damage to the devices used. In particular, they do not contain viruses or other malware. Information is stored in the cookies that arises in connection with the specific end device used. Under no circumstances can we obtain direct knowledge of the identity of the website visitor.

Contact form

Visitors can send messages to RCI - Rohleff Consulting International via an online contact form on the website. In order to receive a reply, it is necessary to provide at least the name, a valid e-mail address, the company name, the country and the message. All other information can be provided voluntarily by the person making the enquiry. By sending the message via the contact form, the visitor consents to the processing of the personal data transmitted.

Data processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of processing and responding to enquiries via the contact form. This is done on the basis of the voluntarily given consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter a) GDPR. The personal data collected for the use of the contact form is automatically deleted as soon as the enquiry has been dealt with and there are no reasons for further storage.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

Referrer URL
Host name of the accessing computer
Time of the server request
IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website - the server log files must be recorded for this purpose.

External hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider (hoster). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the hoster's servers. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website accesses and other data generated via a website.

The hoster is used in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Our hoster will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfill its performance obligations and follow our instructions with regard to this data.

In order to guarantee data protection-compliant processing, we have concluded an order processing contract with our hoster.
